What is the capacity of the OTC?
Our largest rental venue, the Great Hall, can accommodate up to 300 for a cocktail party or 250 for a plated sit down dinner, lecture, or screening. The same space can, however, be broken down into three smaller meeting spaces as needed. Our conference room sits up to 25 people in a boardroom or business meeting setting, and can utilize the lobby as cocktail reception space. Ideal for corporate retreats, each of our three classrooms sits 20 people for workshops, training, and intimate gatherings.
What is the Rental Fee?
Our party rental rates vary based on time of week and year, as well as load in time required, number of guests, event catering, set up, etc. If you would like to rent a hall, classroom, or meeting room, please contact us detailing the nature of your event, estimated attendance and timing. We will get right back to you.
Do you have exclusive or preferred vendors?
We have a preferred list of vendors ranging from AV to Photographers that we can highly recommend, and who have collaborated with us on conferences and receptions in the past. Please e-mail or call us to ask for this listing.
Is the building wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all of our rental facilities are fully accessible.
How long in advance to you need to be booked?
Hall rental, along with all other event space rentals, must be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Please specify, when booking, which meeting or seminar venues you would like to use.
What form of payment do you accept?
Cash, checks and Visa and Mastercard

48 Hours prior to the date of your event
Can we bring in our own food?
The catering will be prepared by our in-house Chef and culinary team.
Does the OTC Conference Centre offer free parking?
Yes, one of our main advantages as an event venue is our ample free parking.
What is the OTC Conference Centre’s cancellation policy?
Any cancellation must be in writing and provided to the OTC Conference Centre.
In the event of cancellation more than 30 days prior to the function date, all monies paid will be reimbursed.
In the event of cancellation within 30 days, but before 72 hours prior to event, deposit become non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation within 72 hours of the event, all payments made become non-refundable.
